Tribute to Edionikaro. to the great throne of the kingdom of benin, whom is confirmd upon by Osanobua (God) as King and decended from heaven (Ogiso) whose generation led the people for over 700 years, untill behold a violent rebelion of the people against the rules and harsh treatment of the masses.
To the last Ogiso (Ikaladerhan) who left and was received on his way by a people (Ife) that Osanobua has revealed that there shall come a leader, to him who became Oduduwa, to his grandson Oba Eweka 1 that was later made the king of benin after a retrace of their ruler by the Edo wise men, to him (Izoduwa) Oduduwa who wouldnt go back to Benin because his will has manifested the way Osanobua has wanted and sent forth his son decleared by the power that which is supreme to go to benin his fatherland and origin, to Oba Ewuare Ogidigan (the great) who reformed and created new rules and regulations in the constitution of the benin kingdom, to the Atlantic (Olokun) , to Ogun, Osun, Oromila, Ifa, Eziza, Okhuaihe, Ovia, Orhionmwon, Ebomisi, to the Edos of Ngeria, Togo, Ghana, Benin republic and Ivory coast .
Ado n Idu of the onitsha, ika, Esan, Oredo, ogba tribes and other Edo race of rivers state, to the Urhobos, Itsekiri, to the Edo tribes of Ondo, Ogun and Osun states, to the Eleko of Eko (Oba of Lagos). Eko was renamed lagos by the portuguese on arrival otherwise the name is originally Eko (which means resting place) by the then rulers of the kingdom of benin.
No matter how we are today, our spirits knows that we are genetic brothers. may the spirit of our ancestors by the power of Osanobua (almighty God) guild protect and lead us through these dark ages that we v been through these past hundreds of years, behold Ohengbuda n Obo professied and it shall come to pass.
