For an imposter of the position of the National President of the Ijaw apex youth council (IYC) and a full grown up man fully dressed in Ijaw national attire on live television in Nigeria former capital city before millions of audience worldwide whose surname is an Itsekiri name "OMARE" (OMARE means "this is child" in Itsekiri as the name OMARE is not an Ijaw name) to shamelessly tell the world that the Itsekiri people who his forefathers adopted their name OMARE in return for their protection, freedom to move around freely , general acceptability, permission to fish and farm freely, hospitality and accommodative spirit to be referring to the ITSEKIRI people as Ijaw customary tenants and Ijaw children, is to say the least a sign of mental disorder that require urgent medical attention before the man sweating profusely under the air conditioner in Lagos, runs into the market naked. We therefore address some of the blatant lies Eric Omare dished out to the embarrassment of the watching audience and the truth he deliberately failed to tell the world who were watching in astonishment contrary to what they all know about the various historical facts about the various tribes that make up Nigeria.
Eric claim that Itsekiri are Ijaw customary tenants.....
Eric OMARE who is trying unsuccessfully to impress his sponsors to that interview, did not tell the presenters that he is answering an Itsekiri name and the man he referred to as Godspower Gbenekama he claimed is the spokesperson of the militant kingdom Gbaramatu, is an Ijaw boy who ate and drank Itsekiri water and food while attending Ogidigben grammar school where his parents where paying annual rent in pilot quarter of Ugborodo before they left there during the Warri crisis. As at the time Gbenekama and the rest criminals parading themselves as chiefs and kings today in Gbaramatu, who were they paying land rent to? How can Itsekiri of Ugborodo and Omadino under the over lordship of the Olu of Warri which Eric is referring to as customary tenants today for the first time in the history of Nigeria be the one they were paying rent to with receipts until 1996 when the infamous Warri crisis broke up?
Eric OMARE also forgot to tell the presenters and global audience that in 1995, a staunch member of the Ugborodo community elder council which we shall reveal his identity in our subsequent publications charged with the responsibility of collecting monthly and annual land rents from Ubefan, Gbabor ( illegally and criminally called Oporoza today by the Ijaw customary tenants of Gbaramatu) Oremure down to the creek bordering Ugborodo and Omadino on the left as one travels from Warri to Ugborodo, angrily shot at Ijaw customary tenant who is notorious for refusing to pay his rent for years. What happened? If Itsekiri are indeed Ijaw customary tenants as falsely claimed by this Eric that has been denounced by his own people, how come those elders could do that and walk away freely?
Eric OMARE who only recently is waking up to the full realization of his people lost identity since his forefathers migrated from Gbaruan in Beyalsa State some decades ago and were accommodated and granted permission to dwell in those lands failed to tell the world that before an Ijaw was buried in those lands prior to the Warri crisis, they MUST obtain permission either from Ugborodo and Omadino under the authority of the Olu before their corpses are buried there. A case in hand is the permission granted to Afred Bubor around 1993 before he was allowed to bury his father McIver in Okerenghigho after the elders of Omadino collected drinks and kola nuts from him and his entourage. We understand Alfred Bubor who later joined in attacking his landlords in Okerenghigho which they later changed to Okerenkoko through the barrel of the gun is now late. May his soul rest in peace. If indeed Itsekiri are Ijaw customary tenants as shamelessly claimed by OMARE, how come will one take a permission from his own tenants before burying ones father in a place that belongs to him? If Eric OMARE thinks that after 1997 that since they can bury their corpses without that obtained permission from their Itsekiri landlords has transformed him and his people status as customary tenants of the Olu and the Itsekiri people, then, indeed the man needs serious medical examination. We still have copies of those receipts which we shall publish for the world to see so that they can see for themselves the level of greed a tribe can exhibit to paint a false picture of actual events as they are.
On Eric OMARE fictitious claim about Itsekiri been Ijaw children..
It is quite laughable how a graduate and a man of Eric OMARE status will descend so low to tell the world and the presenters that because Olu Ginuwa who fell in love with a Ijaw woman with whom he had children automatically makes the ENTIRE Itsekiri people Ijaw children? Is this not insanity? Who told Eric OMARE and his cronies that Ginuwa did not leave the shores of Benin with any woman? Where was OYOFO , Ginuwa sister dropped? It is Amatu or Ibirifo? The other seventy chiefs and chief priest did they also marry Amatu women? Besides, why did Eric OMARE pretend not to know that the tribe Itsekiri predated the royal entry of Olu Ginuwa 1. Eric Omere can not deny the fact that he knew through his parents that Ugborodo, Omadino, Ureju, Irigbo- Okotomu, Inorin and several other Itsekiri communities already existed before Olu Ginuwa married in Amatu. To insinuate therefore that by virtue of one marriage, a whole tribe is now the children of another tribe, is a very stupid and foolishness conclusion.
Eric Omare claim of the maritime university area is wholly an Ijaw dominated area....
Eric Omare did not tell Chamberln Usoh and Umar Gimba the Channels presenters that the following are the real names of those communities he railed out as Ijaw communities.
* Okerenghigho changed by Ijaw to Okerenkoko
* Gbabor Uton IMA changed by Ijaw to Oporoza
* Omidudun changed to Benikrukru
* Ubakokodie changed by Ijaw customary tenants to Kokodiagbene
* Aja Pepe changed by Ijaw customary tenants to Pepediagbene
* Uba IMA changed by Ijaw customary tenants to Kuretie
* Ubagboro changed by Ijaw customary tenants Ziongbene
The list is endless in this criminal desperation by Eric Omare and his modern day Ijaw people to steal Itsekiri land.
Eric Omare dubious claim that you can only find Itsekiri around the Escravos bar is the height of falsehood as Ugborodo community stretches from ILESHEMARE (ILASANMI) far beyond Yokiri along the Atlantic Ocean as one heads towards Burutu with a very large presensence of Itsekiri spreading from Ugborodo to Ogheye and back to Ijaghala, Kantu, Omadino, Bateren and other adjoining Itsekiri communities majority they wiped out during the crisis in a bid to make it look like they are the only people living in those stretches of Itsekiri lands.
How can Ijaw be Itsekiri landlords whereas EVERY oil flow stations and offshores platforms are ALL bearing Itsekiri names and all ROYALTIES are paid to Itsekiri host communities since the discovery of crude oil in the area for over fifty years? Ugborodo Itsekiri community is host to the operation headquarters of Chevron in Nigeria.
NNPC and SPDC all operates their tank farms and flow stations from Ugborodo own by the Itsekiri people. Omadino is host to Chevron flow stations Makaraba and Uton Nana. Omadino is also host to SPDC flow station Egwa 1 and 2, Odidi 2 and 2, Jones Creek, Olero, Dibi and Abiteye flow station are all Itsekiri names of these flow stations given out to the multi nationals and the federal government. The documents are all there till date. If Eric Omare is not suffering from some demonic spell how can he come to national television to embarrass his people like Godsday Orubebe did when he found out Jonathan Goodluck was losing elections to Buhari. How can Itsekiri your customary tenants are enjoying all the attention as HOST communities to these companies and their supposed landlords the Ijaw of Gbaramatu are only recognized as IMPACTED communities?
Eric Omare on the Maritime university........
The whole percel of land where the controversial maritime university is currently situated is known as OKERENGHIGHO meaning Old man or Ancient man in Itsekiri language and is own by the Itsekiri people of Omadino under the over Lordship of the Olu of Warri. There is nothing like Okerenkoko in any legal documents except the ones cooked in Asaba by various criminal accomplices of the broad day light fraud to steal our lands to compensate the people without a clear identity, the hostile and primitive Ijaws of Gbaramatua
We make bold to state it again that the land which the State and federal government acquired for 13 billion naira from militant leader Tompolo, is illegal and any further attempt to ignore the genuine concern of the true owners as stipulated by different court judgement in the land as far to the Supreme court, is an invitation to serious anarchy as we are prepared to make sure that the land is reclaimed at all cost.
Thank God the world was watching how Eric Omare has further exposed the perpetual customary tenants status of himself and his Gbaramatu people to the Itsekiri people under the over Lordship of the Olu of Warri on live television by making comments that do not add up as historical facts in any book or oral history known around the world.
The ONLY thing that will guarantee permanent peace between the Itsekiri people and their Ijaw customary tenants in Warri kingdom, is for the government which acquired the lands in question and handed it over to multinational oil companies from Itsekiri to enforce the rule of law in those areas and for the Ijaw to accept the customary tenants status as their forefathers that enabled both tribes to live peacefully for so many decades without any trouble. Anything short of this, is totally unacceptable to the Itsekiri people.
It is a well established fact that when the Europeans came to our shores for commerce and other business opportunities, they met a very refined people who accepted them and shared so many things in common with them to the extent of having governors and Olus which they exchanged a lot with. It is on record that of all the Olu, the governors, warrant chiefs and paramount Chief Dore Numa, NONE of these men were Ijaw. It is crystal clear therefore, that the Ijaw are customary tenants of the Itsekiri people as no one except the true owners of a territory would be able to wield such authority and power.
Ogiame suoooooooooooo
