(1)Africans are one people indivisible by nature, but divisible by colonial and revisionist forces.

(2)The Concept of territorial integrity makes sense only on boarder sense of a pan-African union. Territorial integrity based on the old colonial boundries is an intrigue of the neocolonial and revisionist forces entrenched in the charter of the present Organisation of African Unity with the intent to impede the emergence of a Pan-African nation which is the aspiration of the new generation.

(3) A process of intra-African rearrangement based on the natural ethnic, racial or religious affinities should be effected by means of plebiscite or referendum where applicable. This is a means to revise the colonial boundries while preserving the identity of the people as Africans. This is self-determination, and it is the only practical basis for lasting unity in AFRICA
